FYI: G20 updates, June 14, 2010

Dear Ward 20 residents, businesses and other stakeholders,

The G20 Integrated Security Unit has provided some further updates that I wanted to bring to your attention.

G20 Security Perimeter Change
The Integrated Security Unit (ISU) has made a change to the location of the security fence at its south west corner.  It will now be wrapping around the Rogers Centre, closing Rees St. from Bremner to Lake Shore Blvd. 81 Navy Wharf Court and all other CityPlace buildings will remain outside of the fence.
You can view and download the revised map here:

G20 Traffic Plan Update
The ISU has posted more detail for traffic closures to and from Lester B. Pearson airport. If you plan to go to the airport or travel on the 400 series highways on the weekend of the Summit (June 26 and 27) you should consult their website:

A revised commuter map is available here:

All of the previous G20 e-mail updates provided by my office are posted on my website at www.ward20.ca.

As always, please do not hesitate to contact my office with any questions.

Best regards,
Adam Vaughan
