The Toronto G20 & Huntsville, ON G8 marked a significant point in the reaction to the Global Justice movement by the ruling class. Toronto showed us the real face of the security state in 900 arrests (largest single arrests in Canadian history) and over 1000 detentions. Activists were harassed, abused and the authorities acted in vicious unconstitutional and illegal ways.

This is a report back meeting from activists from Buffalo that went to attend the Peoples Summit, the popular alternative to the G8/G20, and participate in a Week of Action against G8/G20 policies.

In this global war on the people and our mother earth, we have to organize.

Come and hear the stories of activists and a join a robust discussion on alternatives to Globalization (such as the "Peoples Agreement" and the "Declaration on the Rights of Mother Earth": http://pwccc.wordpress.com/support/) and police repression.

Food will be provided in a cool participatory space.

ATTENTION: Originally, this was just a report back but, given the circumstances I will have a collection tin at the event so if anyone would like to bring in a few bucks it would go a long way.
